Simple Breakfast Superfoods Smoothie

In an ideal world we’d sit down and have our breakfast , but few people live in an ideal world !

Due to time pressures, breakfast ‘on the go’ is slowly becoming the norm, but help is at hand with our recipe below.


almond milk/soya milk

1 tbsp of superfood blend (cacao powder/maca/ashwagandha/chia seeds/spirulina is a good start)

raw vegetables – try using a handful of kale and/or spinach

1 banana

1 carrot

1-3 tsp coconut oil/almond oil

blend and voila !
