We understand there is an element of trial and error when it comes to making your own shakes/smoothies/blends but we have listed some recipes below to help you on your way.

Our recipe list is not exhaustive and if you are anything like us your choice of drink will be determined by the weather as much as your mindset!

Detox ‘green’ smoothies blend

300 ml of almond/soya milk

1 tablespoon of blend featuring – cacao nibs, spirulina, wheatgrass, ashwagandha, flax seeds (or flax powder)

1 cup of broccoli

1 cup of spinach

1 carrot

1 banana

1 avocado (for a creamy texture)


Fruit based ‘energy’ smoothie blend

300 ml of coconut water

1 tablespoon of blend featuring – goji berries, banana powder, maca, rice protein, chlorella

1 cup of berries such as raspberries, blackberries, strawberries (frozen or fresh)

1 banana

1 ‘thumb’ of ginger (for a kick)


exercise / recovery / workout smoothie blend

300ml of Soya milk

1 tablespoon of blend featuring – msm, chia seeds, hemp protein powder, maca, cacao powder

1 avocado

2 cups of spinach

1 banana
