Moringa is a tree native to India but is now found throughout the tropics. It has been used as part of the Ayurvedic system of medicine for many years.
Moringa is often described as the miracle tree as its leaves are packed with nutrition: protein, calcium, vitamin C, and potassium.
There are a number of reasons why Moringa is rightly called a ‘superfood’ :-
