Breakfast on the go

Breakfast is widely considered to be the most important meal of the day, and it’s a belief that we at AbsolutelySuperFoods subscribe to!

If your body has been in a state of rest for the previous 5-8 hours then it will be hungry and need fuelling.

Breakfast nowadays is all about convenience but you don’t need to compromise on quality and nutrition.

This morning, ours comprised of:

Coffee (laced with coconut oil)

Smoothie (almond milk,maca,hemp powder,cacao powder,raw spinach,raw broccoli,raw carrot,banana)

Homemade granola bar – chia seeds (soaked in water), turmeric, raisins, rolled oats, agave and pumpkin seeds
